This highly-coveted single-origin cacao comes from Maya Mountain and a network of 300+ smallholder farms located in the Toledo District of Belize, the southernmost and least developed part of Belize. Farmers here receive more than 125% of the West African commodity price for their cacao. Maya Mountain cacao has been designated Heirloom Cacao by the Heirloom Preservation Project (HCP).
