A unique and satisfying way to learn about chocolate is by tasting it. ICCR has partnered with Stanford Continuing Studies and BOHO Chocolate to create this tasting experience, designed to help you understand key aspects of cacao and chocolate—flavor, quality, manufacturing, and label literacy  This kit is your hands-on companion to the course's guided tastings, designed to help you recognize that chocolate is not one flavor but a gateway to many sensory experiences. Each sample is chosen to sharpen your palate and build your confidence in navigating chocolate products thoughtfully.
